Jimmy Emmons of Leedey was named Outstanding Conservation District Director for the State of Oklahoma on WED, March 23, 2016 at the State Capitol in OKC. Jimmy was honored during the Annual Conservation Day at the Capitol awards ceremony held in the Governor’s Blue Room. Jimmy has set the gold standard for conservation practices in our state, said State Rep. Mike Sanders (R-Kingfisher) He has always been a fierce advocate for conservation and is well respected not only here in Oklahoma but nationwide.
