Bob Winchester, age 72, a native of Coalinga, CA, raised in Chowchilla, then later lived in Madera and Leedey, OK for the last 12 years, passed away Monday, November 28, 2016 in Madera. He was a Champagne maker at Heublein/ Canandaigua Winery where he worked for 30 years. He also operated the Union 76 gas station on South Gateway.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Daniel Winchester; brother, Billy and sister, Gale. Bob is survived by his wife of 46 years, Beverly Winchester of Madera, CA. 2 sons: Bobby Winchester Jr., and Jimmy Winchester both of Oklahoma. 2 daughters: Darlene Turner of Oklahoma and Sara Dilbeck of Madera, CA. and 2 sisters: Betty Tomaino of Madera, CA and Rhonda Allen of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Jay Chapel in Madera. Funeral services will be on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 11:00 am at Jay Chapel in Madera. Interment will follow at Arbor Vitae Cemetery in Madera.
