The SORTPO Limited English Proficiency Plan presents the sources of authority, requirements and instructions for determining the threshold to show the need for languages assistance is present. The plan will provide guidelines for RTPO members to meet these needs and define the role of the Title VI program in that process. Specifically, this plan will outline how to collect LEP information and how to analyze that information.
